Although we do not accept returns, we do offer replacement or refund in the following cases:

4. Refund Timeline

If approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only

Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed
6. Important Notes

Claims without unboxing video will not be accepted

Damage due to customer handling will not be eligible
