  • Tracking details will be shared via email or SMS once the order is dispatched

3. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Metro Cities: 2–4 business days

  • Non-Metro / Rural Areas: 4–7 business days

Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be shown clearly at checkout

  • Any shipping fees paid are non-refundable

5. Payment Mode

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is NOT available

  • All orders must be prepaid via secure online payment methods

7. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

  • Please ensure all delivery details are correct while placing the order

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with order details and proof
